Mowing Service Top
We mow your lawn, taking special care not to encroach on any landscape areas, flowerbeds or other non-mowable areas. Using state of the art lawn mowing equipment, we create a striped pattern while cutting the lawn to proper horticulture height.
Striped Pattern: A professional lawn mowing technique where the lawn is mowed at different angles which not only looks great but also helps to reduce soil compaction and abuse to the lawn.
Weedeat Top
A string trimmer is utilized to attend areas that are out of reach of mowing equipment as well as around all stationary objects. Example: poles, boxes, fences, mail boxes, etc.
Edge Top
A stick edger is used to provide a crisp straight line along all hard surfaces as well as planting beds.
Remove Trash Top
Each visit we will pickup and remove any normal trash/debris such as papers and soft drink cans from all maintained lawn areas.
Blow Top
After mowing, trimming and edging, a powerful blower is employed to clean all hard surfaces. This includes blowing of grass and other debris from driveway, patios, decks, and sidewalks, etc. All debris will be naturally composted on site unless otherwise specified by the customer.
Additional Landscape Services Top
Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer Leaf and Landscape Cleanup: A special cleanup crew will remove leaves and debris from beds, shrubs, groundcovers and all other hard to get to places. Other services will be performed as needed, such as pruning, bed trenching and general cleanup. The FALL/WINTER service will be performed at the end of the season after most leaves have fallen. The SPRING/SUMMER service will be performed as needed at the request of our clients. Leaves and debris will be naturally composted on site or removed from property as requested by the owner. Landscape Cleanups are billed by the current man-hour rate plus any haul and dump fees.
Mulch Services: Landscape Cleanup we will install fresh Pine Straw/Pine Bark mulch as needed.
Shrubbery Pruning: will be performed on an as needed basis (approximately every 45 days) upon customer’s request and authorization. Shrubbery pruning is billed by the current man-hour rate plus any haul and dump fees.
Lawn Fertilizer: Applied 6-7 times per year depending on your type of lawn. Weed pre-emergent for lawn is included with lawn fertilizer and will be applied two times per year at the proper time. If you are serious about the quality of your lawn, this service is highly recommended.
Shrub Fertilizer: Applied 3 times per year to all ornamental shrubs.
Roundup Weed Killer: will be applied to control weeds in your beds as needed each visit. This service is highly recommended if you are interested in keeping your beds weed free.
